The Point Breeze Civic Association was established in 1975. We are an organization that services children and youth from ages 7 to 17. The programs and services we provide are related to sports, technology, education and positive youth development. We have primarily serviced the Point Breeze community of Philadelphia and we now offer services to youth citywide.
 
 

Point Breeze Learning Center
 
 

Our After-school Professional Tutoring is at the foundation of the organization's activities. Designed for children and youth, we offer instructions in  Reading, English and Math. Certified teachers facilitate our curriculum and offer special attention allowing children to master these skills at their own pace.
